Tina & Alan worked together for 7 years on Bainbridge Island and in Poulsbo. Both are now small business owners, and both have previously been responsible for hiring cleaning companies in various capacities. Our favorite cleaning company was always Tag Team Cleaning, and when we found out it was being sold, we jumped at the opportunity to carry on the great traditions of of her prior owner.

As a local service company, there are 3 key goals we have:

Questions and Answers.

Are you Licensed, Bonded, and Insured?

Absolutely! Not only are we licensed, bonded and insured, but we use a local insurance broker who manages our bond and our general liability coverage AND whose office we clean! (How awesome is that?). If you need copies of our license, certificate of insurance, or our bond information, just let us know.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No way! We do create a client agreement document that spells out the services we mutually agree to provide, but our agreement is month-to-month. If only internet and cell phone service were that easy right?!

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an accurate estimate over the phone. We really need to look at your office or facility and discuss the specifics of each room and the level of cleaning services that best meets your needs. However, we are happy to schedule a free estimate at your convenience. Do I have to provide the cleaning suplies?

No. We provide our own cleaning supplies. If you need special products used in your office for any reason make us aware during our initial walk-through and we'll make arrangements to use that product. While we don't charge for cleaning supplies, we do charge for the replacement of daily use items we replenish on your behalf like: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, trash can liners, etc.

Does someone need to be on location when we clean?

No. We can clean before or after business hours, or any time you prefer. Our cleaning services and schedules are tailored to meet your specific needs.

Are there any services you don’t offer?

While we offer a wide range of cleaning services, we will not resurface/wax/refinish floors, put away dishes, wet wipe light bulbs, or move large furniture. We can also not clean exterior windows, mold, bio hazards, pet waste and insect or rodent problems.

Do you do background checks on employees?

We do! We exercise caution when hiring employees because we know that when we step inside your business it's like walking into your home.
